Let it be 2. – Shared Wisdom was a training course organised by Association Co-Efficient in Hungary between 3-13th September 2018. The programme aimed at developing interpersonal skills of professionals working on the youth field, increase their awarenness of the importance of self-knowledge and reflection and introduce to them the method of peer group supervision. This is leaderless counselling technique that provides space fo the professionals to share about difficult cases in their day-to-day practice, helping them to prevent burn-out. This publication contains short description of the project and the method of peer group supervision and mostly the anonymised cases brought and processed by the participants during the training.
